Michael Hunsaker

Is so happy to be a part of the Brandy's family. Michael is a proud graduate of Florida State's musical theatre program. He has been in the Broadway touring productions of Ragtime and Chess. Off-Broadway he has created roles in Derek Walcott's The Odyssey and Listen to My Heart: The Songs of David Friedman. His television appearances include: Ed, Sex and the City, All My Children, and As the World Turns. He also appeared in the feature film Down with Naomi Watts.

Michael can be heard on the original cast recordings of Children of Eden and Listen to My Heart. Among his favorite regional theatre performances are West Side Story (Tony), Miss Saigon (Chris), Jesus Christ Superstar (Jesus), and Godspell (Jesus).

Michael made Theatremania.com's "Best of 2004 in New York Theatre" for his performance as Frank Shepard in Brooklyn's Gallery Players production of Merrily We Roll Along. Also a composer/lyricst, Michael has written the musicals Measure for Measure, Out of Frame, Quartet, and Fetching Water (with collaborator Leslie Becker).
